Serverless GPU was okay

I tried out the Serverless GPU API for some quick tests. It was fast, no real complaints there. Setting up the API calls was pretty intuitive. I did notice that sometimes the response times varied a bit, nothing major but it was noticeable on a few requests. Good value for what I needed, and the usage analytics were helpful to track spending.

Good for quick Image-to-Image

I used their Image-to-Image API for a project. It worked pretty well and was easy to integrate, I gotta say. The documentation could be a bit clearer on some of the advanced parameters though. Billing was straightforward enough, and I liked the API Gateway feature. Overall a solid tool for developers.

hey, anyone here use OmniInfer/Novita AI? I'm trying to figure out which GPU type is best for fine-tuning some models. Should I go with the H100s or the A100s, or are the RTX 4090s good enough for most stuff?

W William Reyes 1 month ago
Depends on your budget and how complex your models are. For serious training, the H100s are top-tier but pricey. A100s are still really good and a bit more accessible. RTX 4090s are solid for smaller projects or if you're just doing inference.

I've used the A100s for some pretty intensive stuff and they handled it well. The 4090s are fine if you're just dabbling or running inferences, but if you're doing heavy duty training, you'll wanna step up. They break down the options on their site pretty well once you log in.
